As Co-Owner and CEO, Walter is responsible for the development of Architectural Projects from Pre-Design / Master Planning Stage through the building occupancy and warranty issues. Mr. Altman has worked in the architectural design and construction administration of a variety of project types. His work primarily includes projects for Government, K-12 education, Higher Education, and Historical Facilities.

During his career, he has worked on hundreds of successful projects ranging in construction values up to $85,000,000. Having a wide range of design experience of educational buildings across Georgia, he is dedicated to seeing each project to its completion.
