Mr. Smith has worked in the architectural design and construction administration of a variety of project types.  He is the architect of record on projects spanning some 35 years of experience, ranging in contract values up to $16,000,000.  His work covers the gamut from new/renovation school projects, 5-story elevated bridge connectors, historic adaptive renovations, ambulatory surgery centers to church sanctuaries. He has completed multiple K-12 projects that range in size and complexity. His long history of working as an architect has given him a wide variety of skills and knowledge that can meet the needs of almost any project. As team leader, King oversees scheduling of all design and production of projects and assures that each stage of development is carefully coordinated with the client’s schedule and budget. He is closely involved with all team members of the project from conception to completion.
